• Poor quality or short shelf life products
In the case of a received product of poor quality, an exchange can be made, the product can be returned at the expense of the sender or the amount for it refunded via bank transfer up to 10 days after the request is returned.

4. Immediately after receiving your inquiry, we will confirm on your email and/or phone and send a courier to collect the products from you.
5. Once we receive the products, we will check that they correspond to the original condition and the type in which they were sold to you, and we will notify you if we find any remarks that reduce their value.
6. If you want a refund, we will send a courier to pay you the value of the returned products. The refund period to you is no later than 14 days from the date we receive the products.
7. In the event that the complaint is due to detected shortages, undescribed product defects, non-compliance with the declared dimensions or non-compliance with the declared trademark, the courier costs are at our expense.
8. In all other cases, we deduct from the amount due to you, the cost of 1 courier service (to collect the products from you) equal to the price of delivery to your place of residence.

In the event that the items received do not meet your expectations, the customer has the right to return or exchange the purchased goods within 14 working days, provided that the goods are unused, returned with all tags and original packaging.
The goods must be secured during transport and sent to the same address as the bill of lading. When returning the product, it is sent cash on delivery to us - the price of the item and the option of a test and review before payment, the package must also contain a copy of the return and exchange form with correctly filled data.
Goods received more than 14 working days ago are not accepted for return.
A used item will not be exchanged or returned, as well as damaged due to incorrect exportation by the customer.
Goods whose returns and complaints cannot be accepted due to non-fulfillment of the above conditions will be sent back to the customer at his expense.
* Claims for damage arising from incorrect exportation by the customer and not from defective goods received will not be considered.
